Independent Media Contract

All videographers and photographers are required to sign the independent media contract available below.

Physical copies will be available the day of the powwow at the Social Media table, and must be turned in to the Social Media Lead and Co-Chair, Tzapotl Flores by end of powwow day.

All signed copies before powwow must be emailed to BAAITS at: admin@baaits.org

Attention Native American Two-Spirit & Indigiqueer artisans, crafters, makers, gift vendors and nonprofit organizations;

The 15th annual BAAITS Powwow invites you to apply to vend at our event on February 14, 2026.

Applications are accepted in the order they are received and we have limited vendor space, so please express your interest early.

Powwow Vendors

Vendor application deadline is December 12th, 2025 at 6PM (PST). The form has officially closed and vendor applications are no longer available.

This year's vendor coordinators are returning for their third year Dam Cottrill and Jaxx Alutalica; and they are joined by Willow Mercado in their first year with the Vendors Committee, we all can be reached at baaits_tspw_vendors2024@baaits.org.

Food Vendors

Food Vendor application deadline is December 31st, 2025. The form has officially clsoed and vendor applications are no longer available.
