About the event
Join us on Saturday, November 22nd from 11AM - 1PM at the BAAITS Community space in Yelamu for a free self-defense workshop designed for Two-Spirit and IndigeQueer community members of all abilities. Facilitated by Nino Walatkiewicz, founder of Warrior Expand, this session will focus on grounding, muscle activation, boxing footwork, and embodied confidence. All levels are welcome.
