Covid-19 Protocols
Our powwow is closed to the general public this year. Powwow dancers and drummers are still invited to attend in person.
Everyone who comes to our powwow must be fully vaccinated. This means that if you are eligible for a booster, you must have also received it on/before Jan 27. This applies to children too.
We are NOT accepting recent covid tests as a substitute for vaccination.
We also require KN95/N95 masks, and will have them for all present. Cloth masks are not enough when indoors at our powwow!
We are offering a virtual live stream for those who cannot be there in person.
We must hold to the public health guidelines in order to keep our community safe. This is the best policy we could offer in order to keep our powwow in-person this year.
If you completed your Moderna or Pfizer vaccine series on or before August 12th, 2021 then you will need to receive a booster to attend our Powwow. Similarly, if you received your Johnson & Johnson vaccine on or before December 12, 2021 you’ll need a booster to attend. January 27th, 2022 is the last day to receive a booster in time for our powwow.
